As custodians we are maintaining and working with it's tapestry of oddities that any 300 year old building would have.

The quirky, but cosy ambience of the mill provides a lovely resting place, with crisp white cotton linen and luxury bath towels.

Principale 2,770sq ft  - Sleeps: 8/10 people all year round.

Main Floor: [1,700sq ft] Lounge, Dining & Open-Planned Kitchen offering dual aspect windows with views of the stream and river.  The open-planned Kitchen & Utility has a large island and is very well equipped with an American fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & coffee machine, utensils, beautiful crockery and serving dishes for a quality stay.

A beautifully carved wooden staircase has been crafted from trees in our forest that cascades from the Main Floor to the Porch Floor.

Porch Floor: [1,070sq ft]  4 bedrooms in total, 3 with views of the stream or river: Beach: 1 King, Waterfall: 1 Queen, Sandy Cove: 1 King/2 twins or 4 Bunk Beds. Library with river views and including an enormous Bali-Styled Rain Shower Room with Toilet.

Overlooking the river with many viewing spots/seating areas, from the 2 terraces or covered conservatory area – great to be able to sit in nature in the afternoon or evening.

Top Floor [1,700sq ft] Wonderful Vaulted Great Hall, with huge exposed timbers, showing the magnificence of this historic mill. 

3 Bedrooms with beautiful crisp cotton linens and luxury towels; all with views of the stream or river : River Room: 1 King/2 twins, Middle Earth Room: 1 Double, Stream Room: 2 bunkbeds & 1 single. Additionally: 2 sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge area. including a large Rain Shower Room with river views, Fully Equipped Kitchen & Table Tennis. Stroll along Amblers Way into the Orchard for  a separate private garden seated terrace overlooking the river. Continue to stroll through Orchard Boulevard to access the river and private lake.

We have a final vision of a high class destination - are we there yet? not this season, as we have reflected in the discounted price. We are on a journey of improvements and upgrades. We have kept lots of original artefacts adding to the authenticity of the mill's history.

Please note:

When the top floor Attica Penthouse comes on line in June 2025 it will have its own Orchard Garden & path leading down to the river with a completely separate access to the top floor.

Weddings at Ponte Della Valle - June 2026

From July 2026, will will be welcoming weddings for up to 70 guests and able to accommodate 19 people of the main wedding party.  In addition to the 4 cars parking at the mill, additional guests will be shuttled up to the property on arrival from a local parking area 300 meters away
