This option came about through tailoring Ski Unique Client's love for the excellent menu selection of the catered chalet; however, wishing to maintain their privacy in the evenings and flexibility whist on holiday in their mountain home.
 

On your arrival at Ponte Della Valle, you will be met with a wide selection of breakfast items & stores for fuelling a great day of skiing!!! 
 

You will receive a daily menu of  your Scrumptious Homemade Afternoon Tea Cake/Loaf or Biscuits, with breads & preserves, 3-Course Evening Meal, Complimentary Wine, Coffee & Mints/Bon-Bons. A separate Children's Menu prepared if required.
 

The table will be fully laid up with flowers, your daily menu & fine linen napkins, plates, cutlery & glasses
 

The food is created by our Professional Chef, beautifully presented in serving dishes and ready to be eaten straight away or after following quick reheating instructions, specific to the individual dish to release the wonderful homemade aromas. 
 

Menus are prepared by the Ski Unique Team between  10 a.m & 3.30 p.m with the fire lit - in time for Afternoon Tea! 
 

Full English Breakfast selection of fruit juices, sausages (German style) bacon (prosciutto), eggs, tomatoes & mushrooms. 
 

Continental Breakfast: corn flakes, bran flakes, homemade muesli, porridge oats, pancake mix, waffles & yoghurts-plain & wild berry, selection of breads, honey, peanut butter, preserves, ground Italian coffee & English Breakfast Tea for that wake up call. 
 

Additional stores provided: Italian ground coffee, English breakfast tea, herbal tea selection box, salt & pepper, herb selection, cooking oil, vinegar, tomato ketchup, mustard, sugar, butter & of course gorgeous fresh Italian mountain milk.
 

* With this option the dedicated ski shuttle mini-bus is still provided, every day AM & PM to and from the slopes at both resorts of Alagna & Alpe de Mera
 

* At an additional cost, there is also the choice of ordering from our Shopping Basket provision of: 
 

Fruit Basket, Tuckshop, Wine list, Soft Drinks & other goodies.
 

* On the team's day off (typically a Thursday) there will be no meals provided; however, additional basic provisions will be topped up the day before.
 

* There is no washing up or housekeeping provided with this option; however, if required, this could be arranged with our team at an extra cost - please enquire if required.
